I'm Rachel Anzalone.
I've spent more than two decades helping experts and business owners build strategies that actually work, not on paper, but in practice.
My background isn't linear. I've worked across industries, inside organizations and alongside founders, in marketing and operations and everything in between. What that's given me is the ability to see patterns that people inside a business often can't: the misalignments, the missing pieces, the places where the strategy and the reality have quietly diverged.
I work with a small number of clients at a time. The work is intensive, direct, and built around your specific situation. I bring frameworks that create structure and context, but there's no blueprint here. What we build together will be yours.
